What it means

Here’s something a little different today…a great reminder that God can accomplish anything that He desires, in spite of what may appear to be impossible circumstances from our human perspective. God has both the desire, and certainly the power and ability, to do miraculous things in and through His children – you and me! There’s no situation that is too tough for Him, nothing that ever catches Him by surprise – He’s all over it, every time, and simply deals with it as only The Creator of the universe can do. There’s two takeaways in this – first of all, we need to be available people for whatever He calls us to do, and it needs to be to bring glory and honor to His name and His name alone – not ours.

What it means to me

You’ve heard the expression “there’s no impossibilities with God”, and that is certainly true. Again, He is not limited in any way, shape or form to accomplish what is good according to His good and perfect will, and simply won’t be stopped if it’s something that He desires. And again, our job is to be available and surrendered to whatever He enlists us for. It doesn’t matter where you live, how smart you are, how rich you are, how weak you are…He provides the power and makes the final result something that is pleasing to Him and forces us to look at Him as the provider of all things good. Can I have an Amen?
